The extra virgin olive oil we produce has low acidity levels (below 0,3%), and a velvety touch in the mouth. It has a mild, fruity aroma, moderate bitterness and a slightly peppery aftertaste.

Uses:
Use the Elli’s extra virgin olive oil in your creative cooking. It highlights the vegetables in your salads and gives marinades, dressings, and sauces a uniquely rich flavor.
